Good Morning

Good morning guys !

Today was the 2nd day of 3rd week of Jamie Eason’s Live Fit 12-week program. My boyfriend woke me up around 630AM with a delicious protein shake mixed with instant coffee. It’s magic how it gets us going right away. We were quickly ready to hit the gym !
Today’s workout hit back and biceps.
Hammer Strength Lat Pull 3 x 10
Wide Grip Lat Pulldown 3 x 10
Seated Narrow Grip Cable Rows 3 x 10
T-Bar Row 3 x 10
Back Extensions 3 x 10
Barbell Curl 3 x 10
Incline Dumbbell Curl 3 x 10
Alternate Hammer Curl 3 x 10
I love back days. Also loved yesterday’s leg workout. I really don’t have a workout day that I wouldn’t love. :) I give my best on every single rep, and the results keep me motivated and hooked.
Yesterday’s killer workout got the best of me. Some new moves were pretty tough with my poor balance, but I got through it and will be better next time. The workout looked like this:
Leg Extensions 3 x 10
Wide Stance Barbell Squat 3 x 10
Walking Barbell Lunge 3 x 10
Single Leg Barbell Deadlift 3 x 10
Lying Leg Curls 3 x 10
Seated Calf Raises 3 x 10
Standing Calf Raises 3 x 10
Did some extra with Thigh Abductor and Thigh Adductor: 3 x 15 Super Set. Also, did the single leg deadlift with kettlebell instead of using barbell and with the lunges I didn’t walk because of my left knee. I’m working on my balance, we’ll see when I’ll trust my legs enough. :)
If you’re just starting and looking for a program to start with or you’ve been going to the gym for years, this is the program for you. It starts real easy, no cardio for the first 4 weeks, and 2-3 rest days a week. With lots of info on the site, you should take advantage of it all ! All the help you need is on the sites: training, nutrition and supplements. Go and explore ! :)
